Quarterly Rewards

Earn an unlimited 10% back on qualifying purchases when you earn at least $10 in rewards within a calendar quarter. It's easy - when you spend $100 on ink & toner, case & ream paper or Copy & Print purchases, you'll get $10 back in rewards at the end of the quarter to spend on anything at Staples.

Staples Rewards are mailed within 30 days of the end of the calendar quarter. Redeem your rewards any way you'd like - online at staples.com®, over the phone at 1-800-333-3330 or in any Staples store by the expiration date.

Ink Recycling

Recycle any ink or toner cartridge, up to 10 per calendar month, and get $3 back in rewards per cartridge. Ink Recycling rewards are issued monthly. (You can drop off all 10 at once)

Staples Rewards Premier

Get automatically upgraded to Premier status when you spend $1,000 or more on anything in a calendar year. Excludes taxes, delivery charges, coupons and gift cards.

Easy Rebates are rebate products that are eligible for online submission. Products marked with this icon and/or the phrase “Easy Rebate” in the item description are eligible for online submission. If you prefer to mail in your rebate form for an Easy Rebate product, you can do that, too. Just use the “Find rebate offers now” link and print out the form.

Mail-in rebates are for products which are ineligible for online submission. If you do not have a rebate form, you can print one out through the “Find rebate offers now” link located on the Staples Easy Rebate website home page. You will need to mail in the rebate form along with any additional required information per the terms and conditions of the respective offer.

Which products are not eligible for online submission? Certain products, including most software titles, are not eligible for online submission. Any products excluded from the online submission process will be advertised as qualifying for a “mail-in rebate” versus an “Easy Rebate.”

How will my rebate arrive? Either as a Rebate Visa Prepaid Card or a check, within 6-8 weeks of submitting your rebate request. Find out more about Rebate Visa Prepaid Cards.
